F&C Trucking Inc. provides trucking, auto hauling, towing, roadside assistance, and dispatch services. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and vehicle eligibility.
2. Pricing & Payments
All rates are based on service type, mileage, load size, and labor involved. Estimates provided are subject to change if service requirements vary at the time of delivery. Payments must be made in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations & Delays
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all vehicles or cargo are in safe condition for transport. F&C Trucking Inc. is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or improperly secured items.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, F&C Trucking Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by external factors such as weather, road debris, or third-party interference. Any damage claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service.
6. Use of Website
By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data. All content, including logos, images, and text, is the property of F&C Trucking Inc. and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
