At F&C Trucking Inc., we are committed to providing reliable, professional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the service was completed as described and on time.

  • Cancellations made after dispatch or within 24 hours of scheduled service may be subject to a fee or considered non-refundable.

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or conditions beyond our control.

  • Services denied or delayed due to vehicle ineligibility, unsafe conditions, or customer non-compliance.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Full refunds may be issued for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may incur a dispatch fee or be non-refundable, depending on the circumstances.

  • If a driver is en route or on-site, service charges may apply regardless of whether the tow or transport is completed.

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the scheduled service date. Please include:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • Date and type of service

  • Reason for refund request

  • Proof of payment (receipt, transaction ID)

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified once your refund has been issued.
